WARRANTY PERIOD

• EU countries:  2-year warranty from the original date of purchase.
• All other countries:  1-year warranty from the original date of purchase.

WHAT’S COVERED

The Warranty Covers:

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

The Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Cosmetic blemishes, scratches, stains, or normal wear and tear.
• Failures or breakages caused by misuse, neglect, or intentional damage.
• Products or components that we do not manufacture ourselves.
• Damage caused by accidents, improper care, negligence, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended use.

If you need to make a warranty claim for a defective product, please keep the product as proof of the defect. The defective product must be returned to us for inspection and processing of your warranty claim.

Damage that is not covered by the warranty may be repaired at a reasonable cost. A return-shipping fee will also apply.

This warranty does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.
