Return Policy

At CRDBAG we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If it doesn’t fit your setup or isn’t what you expected, you can return or exchange it within 100 days of delivery.

How to return or exchange

• Email support@crdbag.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
• The item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging.
• The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Processing fee

A processing fee of USD 20 (EUR 20 for orders within Europe, or the equivalent in your local currency) applies to returns and is deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we process your refund within 7 business days. We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the item is not in its original condition or has been damaged.

Defective products

Manufacturing defects are covered by our warranty: 2 years in the EU and 1 year in all other countries.

Refused or undeliverable orders

If you refuse or fail to accept delivery of your order and it is returned to us, a return shipping and restocking fee of USD/EUR 39–49 applies. Any additional costs will be deducted from your refund or invoiced separately.

🇺🇸 US customers

All US import duties and tariffs are included in our prices (Delivered Duty Paid) – no surprise fees at delivery.

🇬🇧 UK customers

CRDBAG ships from Sweden, within the European Union. Orders to the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes and fees charged by UK customs. These charges are not included in the product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the recipient. If import charges are refused and the order is returned or cannot be delivered, any associated costs – including return shipping and customs charges (GBP 39–49) – will be deducted from your refund or invoiced separately.
